Die große Brennweite in Verbindung mit der maximalen Blendenöffnung von f/2.8 eignet sich hervorragend zur Isolierung des Bildgegenstands, insbesondere in Kombination mit dem kurzen Mindestfokusabstand von 25 cm (9,8 Zoll) und einer lebensgroßen Vergrößerung von 1:1 für Makroaufnahmen.
